I have been using the product for the past one year. Purifier is okay, not as strong as some of it's counterparts. Moderate noise level, not completely silent ever. But the most disappointing is the Philips customer care. Its an effort spanning weeks to connect on the 1800 number given with the product. after connecting a technician is assigned but it's been 8 days neither the technician has arrived, nor any update. Attempts on connecting with the service number is futile, as the team is more interested in getting the call over with than actually providing service. There assurances of escalation of issue is also useless as the call back assured by them never comes. They actually give alternate numbers on which if you call, they disconnect and then switch off the phone. I never imagined such service from a brand like Philips.
